1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on CC6PH6, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, together with the CC6PH6 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the CC6PH6 platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

CC6PH6 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use CC6PH6, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of CC6PH6, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from CC6PH6 or had an account terminated for cause.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any account balance.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of CC6PH6, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

• One Account Rule: Each player is permitted to maintain only one active CC6PH6 account. Opening duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. CC6PH6 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of Breach: You must notify CC6PH6 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach by contacting our support team.
• Account Non-Transferability: Your CC6PH6 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

CC6PH6 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or where the account is being used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

CC6PH6 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions must be conducted using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum and maximum limits for specific payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposit Processing: GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your CC6PH6 wallet within 30 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking business day.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on business days. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within 5 to 15 minutes of processing. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) banking business days.
• Verification Requirements: CC6PH6 may require identity verification before processing withdrawal requests. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) compliance measure and is not optional.
• Currency: All transactions on CC6PH6 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP).
• Fees: CC6PH6 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which CC6PH6 accepts no responsibility.

5. Gameplay Rules

All games available on CC6PH6 — including Monkey King Fishing, Ocean Phoenix, Legend of Perseus, Boat of Fortune, and all other titles — operate using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panels.

• Game Results Are Final: Once a game round has been completed and the result confirmed by the platform, that result is final and cannot be reversed except in the case of a verified technical error.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game round, CC6PH6 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager amount to the player's wallet. Payouts arising from a malfunction are not valid.
• Disconnection Policy: If your internet connection is interrupted during a game round, the round will be completed automatically by the platform according to the game's rules. CC6PH6 is not liable for losses resulting from player-side connectivity issues.
• Minimum and Maximum Wagers: Each game has its own minimum and maximum wager limits, which are displayed within the game interface. Players may not exceed the maximum wager limit for any single game round.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

CC6PH6 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus terms are as follows:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion details.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not been used or withdrawn before the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.

• Bonus Abuse: CC6PH6 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers.
• Right to Modify: CC6PH6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the CC6PH6 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and may result in legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Opening or operating more than one CC6PH6 account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform or any game.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime using the CC6PH6 platform.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the operation of the CC6PH6 platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the CC6PH6 platform — including but not limited to the CC6PH6 name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of CC6PH6 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the CC6PH6 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any CC6PH6 content without prior written authorisation.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

CC6PH6 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using CC6PH6, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

CC6PH6 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or as necessary to provide the CC6PH6 service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CC6PH6 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions or connectivity issues.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform.
• Interruptions to the availability of the platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond CC6PH6's reasonable control.

CC6PH6's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your CC6PH6 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination and Account Closure

Either party may terminate the player account relationship at any time. You may close your CC6PH6 account by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your wallet (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method.

CC6PH6 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Conduct that CC6PH6 determines, at its sole discretion, to be harmful to the platform, other players, or the integrity of the games.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, CC6PH6 reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account. CC6PH6 will provide written reasons for account closure upon request, except where doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of CC6PH6, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting CC6PH6 support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

CC6PH6 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including those administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority.

13. Amendments to These Terms

CC6PH6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly.

Where changes are material, CC6PH6 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email or a prominent platform notification before the changes take effect. Your continued use of CC6PH6 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
